Save your child's progress?

A free account lets your child's quests, seals and streaks save and sync across devices. You stay in control, and MathQuest still works without one.

What we store

• Your email and sign-in, so this account is yours.
• For your child: a nickname and an avatar you pick (no real name needed), and their maths progress. You can add a year level to set a good starting point, but you do not have to.
• Your usage and login data may be recorded to help with technical issues. Our team can see it to run MathQuest. Other families and the public cannot.
• If you unlock MathQuest, Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We keep whether MathQuest is unlocked, the plan and its status.

What we never store

Birthdays, real full names, photos, your device's location, or anything your child types. We never sell your or your child's data, we never share it with advertisers, and we keep it on servers in Australia.

Emails

We email you a short welcome when you create an account. Other emails are sent only if you tick a box below. Emails can record when they are opened and which links are clicked.

You can change or delete all of it at any time, and email us for a copy. Deleting the account erases your account and your child's progress. If a reward is already in the post, we keep its address until 60 days after posting. If you ticked an email box or unsubscribed, we keep a short note of your email address and that choice, so we never email you against your wishes. Deleting the account also ends a subscription straight away, so you are not charged again. Payment records stay with Stripe and in our accounts for 7 years, as the law requires.

• MathQuest now has subscriptions. The first six games stay free. After that, a parent can unlock MathQuest for $4.99 a month or $29 a year, including GST, here on our website.
• If you subscribe, Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us, and Stripe stores payment information in the United States and other countries.
• We keep whether MathQuest is unlocked and, if you pay, the plan and its status. Payment records are kept for 7 years, as the law requires.
• The Terms of use now explain renewal, cancelling, refunds and price changes.
