Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms are the agreement for using MathQuest. They are written for parents and guardians, in plain language. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

MathQuest is provided by Chronoanalytics Pty Ltd (ABN 35 679 537 770), an Australian company that trades as MathQuest. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Chronoanalytics Pty Ltd, and "you" means the parent or guardian.

What MathQuest is

MathQuest is a maths-practice app for primary-school children, Foundation to Year 6. It runs in a web browser or as an installed app, and it is free to play.

Who agrees to these terms

Children play MathQuest, but these terms are an agreement with their parent or guardian. When MathQuest asks for a tick to agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, a parent or guardian should give it. By agreeing, or by letting your child use MathQuest, you accept these terms for yourself and on behalf of your child. Please share the parts that matter for them, like playing fairly, in a way that suits their age.

Playing and accounts

They are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you and your child permission to use MathQuest for learning, at home or in a classroom. Please do not copy, sell, share or republish any of it without our written permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including the usage and login data that may be recorded to help with technical issues, who can see it, and how to delete it.

MathQuest will change over time

We keep improving MathQuest, so games, levels and features may be added, changed or removed. We aim to keep your child's saved progress through those changes. MathQuest may sometimes be unavailable, for example during an update or because of a problem outside our control. If we ever stop offering MathQuest, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other right you have that the law says cannot be excluded.

Limits on our liability

We work hard to make MathQuest accurate, safe and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:

This section does not limit any right described under "Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law", or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when MathQuest gains a new feature. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and ask you to agree again. If you do not agree, you can stop using MathQuest and delete your account at any time.
